Meet Your Lifestyle Director,
Kailey Ludemann
Kailey Ludemann has joined Del Webb at Tradition! As the Lifestyle Director and VP of Fun, Kailey is excited to enhance the resident experience through fun activities and events. Kailey comes to the community with over 8 years of event planning experience and a degree in Hospitality Management & Event Planning from Niagara University. Most recently, Kailey worked with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Martin County (BGCMC) serving as Director of Special Events responsible for all major fundraising and community event operations. Prior to BGCMC, Kailey held event management positions with the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester as well as the Ross University School of Medicine.
Born and raised in Canandaigua, NY, Kailey relocated in January of 2017 to be closer to family. She enjoys traveling, cooking, biking, swimming, and spending time with her dog, Lola. She is a triathlon enthusiast, competing in 9 triathlons; 8 sprint distance and 1 Olympic distance. Kailey is excited to put her passion for customer service and event planning to good use at Del Webb at Tradition and looks forward to meeting everyone!
